Most items are Made to Order which means your item is not made until your order is placed.  All items are placed in in que when placed. Turnaround- time is 4 business weeks for your item to be made. If you are concerned upon the arrival of your items, you can send us an email after the 4th week has passed. Please do not email prior to the end of the 4th week as we are a high volume boutique and it takes time away from production to continually answer emails. My Sassy Miss is a 1 women show.  I sew, package and mail items as well as maintain this website, work a full time job and care for my family.  All items are made with the greatest love & care!

Once your order has shipped, expect a 5-8 business day transit time.

Upon order fulfillment, you will receive a USPS tracking number to follow your order’s progress in transit.

Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the handling and arrival of your package. If your insured package is lost or arrived with visible damage to the packaging, take pictures and contact us via mysassymiss@gmail.com.
